The use of avocado in this smoothie makes it smooooooth like velvet. Hence the name, smooth like velvet!
This smoothie combines chocolate and banana, along with a a piece of heaven (a.k.a avocado!).
Having the avocado in the smoothie as a main ingredient adds vitamins E, B5, B6, folic acid, potassium, and vitamin K. In addition to that burst of vitamins and minerals, it is also abundant in HEALTHY fats! 1 banana, frozen
6 brazil nuts
1 scoop chocolate protein (optional)
1/4 tsp maca powder
1/2 C packed greens
1 tbsp chia seeds
Unsweetened chocolate almond milk**
** Make sure it's unsweetened guys.. If it doesn't clearly say unsweetened on the label, it's probably not and it's going to have around 10+ grams of sugar per serving which is just CRAZY. Y'all don't need that much extra sugar, you're too sweet already ;)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
