Holistic [whole-is-tic]: The word holistic is known as looking at the whole body, which includes the mental and spiritual aspect, rather than just the physical aspect of the body; It unites the body, mind, and spirit together as a whole.

Our bodies are made up of many different systems, which work together synergistically. When one system is imbalanced, it can lead to a cascade of other imbalanced systems in the body. Our bodies love us unconditionally. I think it's so fascinating that regardless of how we treat ourselves, our bodies will try to use its very own intelligent systems, and work together in attempt to balance itself out. Sadly, with our fast paced lifestyle and the ridiculous amount of stress that we deal with everyday, our bodies get tired and worn out. Our bodies loves us unconditionally, and until the very last straw it will fight for life and health.

My goal in life is not to live, but to thrive. In my opinion, just being a living body that works, sleeps, eats, and poops is not enough for me. I want to thrive with life, roll with the punches, go on adventures,  laugh everyday, and teach others how to life an amazing life. If you look in the dictionary, 'happiness' is defined as "a state of well-being characterized by emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy". I aim to feel intense joy everyday, and I hope that you do too.
